HRD provides Customer Service workshop

The Human Resources Department (HRD) conducted a Customer Service Excellence workshop last February 4, 2013, at the 6th Floor Doctor’s Lounge.  The workshop is in line with the HRD’s goal of improving and updating the way the DPOTMH employees should treat its clients.  Particular emphasis was put in areas where there were numerous opportunities for employees to interact with the Hospital’s clients.


As a medical service provider with a history of good customer service, the DPOTMH gives a huge premium in going the extra mile for its clients and showing to everyone the way healthcare should be rendered.
