Members of the Riverside Family trooped to the Andres Bonifacio Elementary School last July 24, 2013 to spread cheer and goodwill to the children in celebration of Mr. Manuel V. Pangilinan’s birthday.  Around 350 kids from the various elementary levels gathered at the school gymnasium to join the celebration.

The activity began with a dance exercise demo presented by the PMFC office of the DPOTMH.  This was followed up with a Hand-Washing demonstration by the Infection Control Committee.  The kids were thrilled to see that Henry, the hand-washing mascot, was there to help with the activity.

The kids were then treated to some snacks while members of the Marketing Division entertained them with soulfully-rendered acoustic song numbers.

The celebration ended with some educational games participated on by the kids.

The children were so thankful for the outreach that they prepared and presented a wonderful rendition of the song “I Will” by the Beatles especially for MVP.

Riverside in turn donated some kitchen utensils to the school for use in their Feeding Programs.  DPOTMH President Genesis Golingan was on hand to present the donation.

This outreach activity was done in coordination with the DPOT Foundation.
