Ms. Teresita Arsua
Dear Sir, For how many months after my nephew's discharge i have been looking for ways to communicate and i found this site.My nephew had an accident last 2008 he was admitted in the Pediatric Ward specifically in the Pediatric ICU he was in a very critical condition. i was happy that his recovery was a miracle thanks to the care of the nurses there. The nurses at the pedia ward really attends to my nephew's needs, they checked him every now and then to see if he was still ok. After the tube has been removed he intantly had closed relationship with the nurses i don't know if it was from their pretty green uniforms or their angelic aura, they seem to be very friendly and caring and they have a strong relationship with one another and even during our dark times they let us feel that there is still hope. The environment is very pleasant with beautiful nurses at pedia ward.Even our doctors would not belive how fast was his recover. I would like to say a million thanks to the pediatric residents in RMC to ma'am fuentes and to her staff nurses. |

Jorgejill and Lyn Duyaguit of Calatrava, Negros Oc
We would like to commend and express my thanks to the Nurses and Pedia Residents, especially of Station 5, PICU and Station 12 for their exceptional care and service with a personal touch when our son, Kneel, was hospitalized for sepsis and typhoid last March 6-13. I appreciate their patience and understanding in dealing with Kneel `s tantrums in their presence. Most of all, we would like to thank Dr. Annilyn Bergante for a job well done in diagnosing Kneel` s disease. We appreciate her updating us on our sons condition on a daily basis. We are sure for certain that God led us to her because when we went to Riverside we were originally referred to another pediatrician, but she was out of town. Thank you, Dr. Bergante. |

Aquino Drive, Bacolod City; Phones: (034) 434-2064 | | April 6, 2006 (51 years and one day after I graduated) | Mr. Joaquin L. Torre, President Riverside Medical Center, Inc. Bacolod City | Dear Wax: To come out of general anesthesia and go through the ordeal of post-operative bumps are all wort h it considering the multiplus side of the experience. The OR scene was described to me. My treatment was nothing below ROYAL! My attending doctors not only treated me like their father in terms of giving me their professional best but also gave me themselves! Although it may be said that they were only returning what I had given, still I came out way better than even. The nurses and attendants assigned to me had traits in common: quintessential sensitivity and compassion. They were Aiber Arela, Ritchie Quijano, Eugene Linsao, Antonio Linacero, and Cesar Quipte. The attendants were Teray Baulita, Marissa Javellana, Ninfa Tayopan, and Viol Icawalo. Neilce gently walked me down to my office area to wait for the car to take me home. It was only "on pass" but I decided to ask to be discharged because I did not want to repeat the discomfort of the jarring ride. I do not want ever to be hospitalized again, but if I must, the arrangements you made have no equal. If I am using superlatives here, I mean every word. Please feel free to show this letter to others. Thank you very much indeed.

Sincerely yours,
