Respiratory Therapy
With the Respiratory Therapy Services (RTS) of Riverside, you can be assured you will receive expert care by skilled respiratory therapists who are dedicated to your individual needs.  Our RTS takes pride in their service and attention to detail while attending to you.
Our RTS team includes licensed respiratory therapists with specialized training and experience to effectively assess, educate, and treat patients of all ages who suffer with breathing problems or cardiopulmonary disorders. Â We work closely with your primary care doctor, pulmonologist, and other physicians, nurses, and speech therapists to provide you with the proper care you need.
Our RTS is open to serve you 24 hours, every day of the week.  We offer the following services:
For in-patients – USN
For out-patients – PFT, ABG, SLEEP CLINIC, and ECG
Services Offered
Polysomnographic Test through Sleep Clinic – Dedicated for patients with sleeping disorders. Fully furnished room equipped with Alice 5 Sleep System.
Arterial Blood Gas Sampling – To assess blood ph, carbon dioxide, oxygen saturation and bicarbonate.
Electroencephalogram (EEG) – Main diagnostic test for epilepsy and other brain disorders.
Pulmonary Function Test – Screens presence of obstructive and restrictive diseases such as asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis, obesity, cardiomegaly.
